How does the 25/75 payment plan work?
You pay 10% to book, then 0.5% of the price every month for 30 months (15% in total). The remaining 75% is due on handover. The 4% Sharjah registration fee is paid at booking.
What do I pay to reserve a home?
10% of the price plus the 4% registration fee. On a home priced at AED 2.07M, that's about AED 207,000 plus about AED 82,800 in fees. We'll confirm exact figures for the unit you choose.
What types of homes are available?
Townhouses with 3 or 4 bedrooms and villas with 5 to 7 bedrooms. Ask for the floor plans to compare layouts and sizes.
How does the cash offer work?
If you pay in full, the developer pays a 10% return for 2 years. There is no discount on the price. We'll share the developer's terms and payout schedule before you commit.
Can I buy from outside the UAE?
Yes, most of the process can be done remotely, including viewing plans, reserving and signing. Ask us about ownership eligibility for your nationality.
